We had rich and amazing breakfasts with fresh rolls and nice cheese. The staff was nice, helped with every request.

Modest hotel, gentle and amicable staff, amazing location in an area with a lot of character. Nice building and rooms with tasteful decoration. Lovely view from the window over street. Hot drinks at Irish bar, good service. Late check out;))

great spot for exploring vienna's museums and cafes

It was easy walking to nearby attractions like the Vienna State Opera and St Stephen's Cathedral, both just under a mile away, and I enjoyed the charming atmosphere at Café Sperl, just a few steps down the street for a good coffee break. Despite the need for some updates in the room, the overall experience was enjoyable, especially given the easy access to three different subway lines within a short walking distance.

The rollercoaster I didn't see coming

The room was clean, quiet, and a perfect base for exploring local sights within walking distance! Good facilities.

Awkward check-out procedures & limited soundproofing were frustrating, given the bustling environment. Outdated furnishings could benefit from an upgrade.

Rooms originated from another era, lacking modern amenities!!! Poor Wi-Fi in rooms. Odd layout and shared facilities felt outdated. Consider more accessible options !!!

Just a stone's throw from Café Sperl and Vapiano, I was in culinary heaven! Plus, the air conditioning in my room was a lifesaver during the summer heat. Central location made hopping to shops easy!

The shared toilet situation was a bit of a letdown, especially for the price I paid. I had to share with the whole floor.
